Raymond Wicks
Senior Pastor
Pastor Wicks has been serving at First Baptist Church since 1989. Originally from Austin, Minnesota, Raymond graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in Hammond, Indiana with a Bachelor’s of Religious Education in Pastoral Theology degree. He has served as the lead pastor of First Baptist Church for over 30 years.

Billy Marks
Youth Ministries
Billy has been serving at First Baptist Church since 2000. Originally from the Chicago area, Billy graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in Hammond, Indiana with a Bachelor’s of Religious Education in Bible and Youth Ministry degree. He currently oversees the youth department and bus outreach ministry.

Jerry Lee
Children’s Ministries
Jerry has been serving at First Baptist Church since 2010. Originally from Arnold, NE, Jerry graduated from Calvary Bible College in Kansas City, Missouri with a Bachelor’s of Religious Education in Bible and Missions degree. He currently oversees the building and grounds department and helps coordinate the children’s and nursing home ministries. Jerry also leads the adult connection group called “Continue.”

Silas Young
Music Ministries
Silas has been serving at First Baptist Church since 2017. Originally from western Washington, Silas graduated from West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster California with a Bachelor’s of Religious Education in Pastoral Theology and Church Music Administration degree. He currently oversees the music department and helps coordinate the hosting ministry and facility usage. Silas also leads the Adult Discovery Bible Class.

Jesse Wicks
School Administrator
Jesse has been serving at First Baptist School since 2010. Originally from Plattsmouth, Nebraska, Jesse graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in Hammond, Indiana with a Bachelor’s of Education in School Administration degree. He serves as the Principal of First Baptist School and currently oversees the media department at First Baptist Church. Jesse also leads the adult connection group called “Thrive.”
